Curry and nursing

Well I am almost 6 weeks into maternity leave and I still have not posted much on this.  This week I tried curried tuna salad from a Food Network recipe: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchens/curried-tuna-salad-recipe/index.html.  After making their version earlier in the week, I then revised the recipe to make it more healthy--I substituted plain greek yogurt for mayonnaise.  When I did that, it just did not taste right so I added two more teaspoons of oil and heated two more teaspoons of curry powder in it.

Here we have the full complement of Kroger brand spices.  I have considered buying some special madras curry powder when we are in Nashville next week or ordering it online.  Recently, I discovered that Amazon.com has lots of gourmet foods.  While ordering an Otterbox defender for our iPad, a sample of gourmet black and green tea ended up in our order.

Back to the curry powder, curry powder is supposed to be a blend.  The Kroger brand in our cabinet had a surprising ingredient to me fenugreek.  Fenugreek and blessed thistle are herbal supplements that nursing mothers take to increase their milk supply.  Do you have to take both of them together?  Will my craving for curry increase my milk supply?  Will the amount on the tuna be enough to make a difference?
